Smoking Policy
- Smoking, including all types of vapor use, is strictly prohibited inside the premises and within 25 feet of the building.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years old are not permitted inside the building.
- Children ages 5-12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and fully supervised at all times.
Food & Beverage Policy
- No food or drinks are allowed inside studio areas.
- Food and beverages are permitted in the front reception area only.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings, payments, registrations, and cancellations must be made online.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the session starts.
- A valid email and phone number must be provided and verified before receiving the Codes of Conduct and signing the consent form.
Equipment Deposit (For Self-Operated Sessions)
- Clients who wish to operate the equipment themselves must provide a $150 refundable deposit.
- The deposit will be fully refunded after the session, provided the equipment is inspected and returned in its original condition.
- If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit.
- Refunds for deposits (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Audio-engineered sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will receive only a 50% refund.
- Non-audio-engineered sessions may be canceled at any time without penalty.
Facility Etiquette
- The studio must be returned to its original condition at the end of each session.
- The media center is not a space for practice—please arrive prepared to record.
Health & Safety
- If you are feeling unwell, please stay home or cancel your session. Your safety, as well as the safety of your team, is your responsibility.
